80 days.
For so many of us, one of the hardest parts of grief isn’t the grief itself. It’s wondering whether we are doing it “right” or not.
We wonder…
If we should be “further along.”
If we should cry less.
If we should have cleaned out the closet by now.
If we should stop talking about them.
Here’s what I want you to hear:
You are not grieving wrong.
Grief follows no single timeline.
No universal roadmap.
No finish line where someone hands you a certificate that says, “Congratulations. You’ve made it. Your grief is now behind you.”
There is only one way for you to grieve… your way.
And your grief deserves compassion, not judgment.
And that’s what I hope you will find in my soon-to-be-released first book; “Grieving Differently: Queering the Stages of Grief.”
It is being released on October 6, 2026.
Today I’m also excited to share that the website for my book; GrievingDifferently.com, is officially live!
It’s the new home for everything related to “Grieving Differently: Queering the Stages of Grief.” There I will be sharing updates, launch information, events, and, soon, an opportunity to pre-order your signed copy of the book.
We’re just 80 days away from release, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
